Using the Picture element, users can upload a picture of their choice for each data record.

 
Note

The element is only available if it has been unlocked beforehand in the Data record types area of the Administration App for the respective data record type. Except for the Contacts app, for which image uploading is always enabled.

Use

  • The element is available for all data record types.
  • The element is available when in the edit mode for a data record.
  • The element is available when you are in the read mode for a data record.

Appearance in SmartWe

Users can add or remove a picture in editing mode.
