Aggregated list

An aggregated list is a combination of specific data records. Using an aggregated list you can, for example, display a summary of all the tasks by priority, which are linked to a contact.

Use

  • The element is available for all data record types.
  • The element is available when in the edit mode for a data record.
  • The element is available when you are in the read mode for a data record.

Display in SmartWe

In the aggregated list, the groups are displayed which you have set in the Aggregate according to field. The number of available linked data records is displayed behind them.

When a user clicks a group, the data records the group contains are displayed in an extended list.
