Authorized persons

The Authorized person element contains information on the users who are allowed to access the open data record.

Use

  • The element is available for all data record types.
  • The element is available when in the edit mode for a data record.
  • The element is available when you are in the read mode for a data record.

Appearance in SmartWe

The authorized persons are displayed in read mode for a data record.

Users can add or remove authorized persons in editing mode.
