You manage access to AI coding in the App Designer area in the Administration app.

Requirements

  • You require SmartWe Premium.
  • You require your own Gemini API key.

  • Creating a Gemini API key

  • Users require the App Designer permission.

In the AI coding block, you can enter your Gemini API key and activate Context caching.

Gemini API key

Enter your Gemini API key. You can use a paid or free API key.

Context caching

If desired, activate Context caching.

Context caching only works if you are using a paid Gemini API key.

If you activate context caching, frequently used input information is stored and reused. This can shorten response times and reduce costs.
