Data record layout
For data records in default apps, you can choose between two different display options: the tab layout and the wizard layout. For custom apps, you can also choose the default layout.
You can design the forms in read mode and in editing mode in different layouts. For example, you can use the tab layout in read mode and the wizard layout in the edit mode.
Tip
The contact form differs for organizations, individual contacts, or contact persons. Thus, you can customize the forms for organizations and the forms for individual contacts/contact persons individually both in the read and in the editing mode.
